With the ever-changing price of lumber and other building materials, estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days. All proofs and approvals must be made within 30 days of payment and/or proof sent. Any jobs or proofs not approved within 30 days must either be requoted or a refund can be given.

Jobs will be refunded:

• 100% from the time of payment and/or proof sent up to three (3) months.
• 50% three (3) to six (6) months after payment and/or proof sent.
• 25% beyond six (6) months after payment and/or proof sent.
